Course Description:
This is a four-day course dedicated to Productivity Analytics in the GENESIS32™ and BizViz™ environments. Learn to use with GENESIS32 modules, including GraphWorX™32, TrendWorX™32 and AlarmWorX™32 as well as the BizViz Modules, including ReportWorX and BridgeWorX.
Productivity Analytics is a BizViz tool that reports on real-time and historical availability, performance, and quality for your plant’s assets. Your ability to analyze downtime is essential to being able to properly evaluate and understand the events that stop or interrupt your plant’s production. The tools in Productivity Analytics will help you find the causes of downtime as a means for maximizing your plant’s efficiency. With Productivity Analytics, you will take away:
• Reports and charts that visualize historical or real data so you can find recurring production problems and underutilized equipment.
• Tools for creating consoles and live views that provide a complete picture of your current plant performance.
• A Configurator for defining your assets and their productivity specifications.
• Role-based security for users.

Prerequisites:
Experience with Microsoft® Windows® XP or later. Familiarity with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS), ODBC databases, Microsoft Windows Server 2003, SharePoint Services, GENESIS32, and WebHMI is also helpful.
